…That’s the concept behind Santa Catalina’s latest restaurant addition, Olssons – a unique and welcome change to the Palma scene. The brothers first opened their flagship restaurant in Stockholm in 1989, followed by a second in London’s Soho in 1992 – and now Palma! They offer an extensive menu of dishes – each prepared and served with their star ingredient – garlic. Their love for garlic touches everything prepared and served in the restaurant – from ice cream to beer and shots (of which you’ll find 101 vodka flavours!). Currently open daily from 17.00, with plans to extend to include lunch in the near future. Add a little garlic to your life today…and stay healthier as a result!!
