…That’s the concept behind Santa Catalina’s latest restaurant addition, Olssons – a unique and welcome change to the Palma scene. The brothers first opened their flagship restaurant in Stockholm in 1989, followed by a second in London’s Soho in 1992 – and now Palma! They offer an extensive menu of dishes – each prepared and served with their star ingredient – garlic. Their love for garlic touches everything prepared and served in the restaurant – from ice cream to beer and shots (of which you’ll find 101 vodka flavours!).
