> Without a doubt, meditation is one of the paths to reach inner peace. Just like a shower that cleanses your body, meditation can clear anxieties stored away daily. It can also be compared to a good book….but not just any! One that feeds the soul, calms and fortifies her. Fall is just around the corner and meditation may be a good option to take shelter in one’s inner self and start to see one’s inner light, be patient. Look for a prime spot in front of the sea, under a tree, or on top of a mountain surrounded by nature to spend 20 minutes each day alone with your self. It’s time to enjoy all of the different moments of the day – from the fresh dawn to the warm sunset. Dedicate the time to look at yourself in the mirror, silently, without judging, just as an observer. What would the result be? It can be really hard to face. Meditation isn’t an escape from reality but an escape towards one self reality, finding both divine and adversity. “Not all in life is of one color or another, have a look at the rainbow”.
